Air is drawn through the Airfree P3000 Plus air purifier through a passive process of air convection, which is the same way a hot air balloon gets off the ground (hot air rises). As the air passes the ceramic core, the allergens, and micro-organisms are burned up at 400°F.
When you want to sterilize the air faster, activate the Boost mode, which puts you in complete control of your environment.
Don't worry about the unit or the air getting hot. It is not a problem. Recommended time for 70 - 90% microorganism reduction is 10 days. (Results may be noticed after 1 week).
Use
The Airfree is designed to be placed on the floor (but not on thick carpeting), solid table, or counter in a vertical position away. Do not place the unit where airflow can be blocked.
Once you have turned the unit on, please keep it on. Air purifiers don't work when turned off, and they are energy efficient, so keep it on.
