Customer FAQs
- How do I measure my mattress? Use a tape measure to calculate the depth from bottom to top, including any toppers or pads you want to encase. For more information, read "How to Measure for a Mattress Cover"
- Do I need to wash the cover before use? No, washing is optional since no chemicals are used in production.
- How often should I wash the cover? Wash 1–2 times a year; pillow covers can be cleaned every 4–6 weeks.
- Do I need to wash the mattress cover first? You can, but it is not necessary. We do not treat any of our organic fabrics with chemicals or antimicrobial coatings. Please note that we do not accept the return of washed bedding unless it is defective.
- Does the cover need to fit tightly on the mattress? No. It is best if the cover fits loosely. If it fits snugly, the mattress may feel stiff, and the seams and zippers will be stressed.
